We, ALUMAX Metal Supply, is currently looking for Office Coordinator/ Document Controller**, **who can join us immediately.
- Receive and analyze enquiries.
- Prepare and validate BOQs.
- Ability to read CAD drawings for HVAC systems.
- Prepare submittals and compliance statements.
- Prepare quotations.
- Prepare invoices and delivery notes.
- Contact/ follow up vendors/ clients as per higher management instructions.
- Inventory system inputs/ outputs.
- Goods and items registration and following up.
- Prepare, scrutinize/assure, and audit Delivery Notes.
- Prepare, scrutinize/assure, and audit JVs.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in related field is required.
- At least 2 years of minimum experience with a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and able to multi-task.
- Good communication skills, writing skills and MS skills are a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as EXCEL, Visio, Word, Power Point and Outlook is mandatory
