Accountable To

Senior Operation Manager
- Responsible for

Ensure adherence to Customs' laws and regulations as it relates to the importation or exportation of merchandise; products, etc, and maintain successful customs compliance

Working Relationship

CSSV to interact with counterparts, customers, and accounts managers

Objectives and Role Profile
- Review, reconcile and process import / export documentation and customs entries for assigned accounts including all entry types prepared according to regulatory requirements.
- Obtain Customs release and other shipping agency releases as needed, arranging delivery and invoicing customers and agents.
- Identify and complete transaction takes that require special handling or expediting to produce compliant customs entry processing.

Key Tasks and Performance Indicators
- Release, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin/Compliance, Bill of Lading and any other required documentation) to ensure the proper filing of entry information.
- Investigate and resolve troubled shipments
- Attend to telephone inquiries politely and professionally.
- Ensure to have all customer related inquiries answered on time and personalized service and solution to meet customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and forward inquiries to overseas associates whenever necessary to avoid any non-conformance with the client.
- Handle airfreight, sea freight, land transportation routing orders/shipments till job is finalized through communication with agents and keep clients well informed.

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / preferably with diplomas in logistics / shipping / export
- Competencies: - The person who hold this position must perform his duties with due diligence
- Minimum 6 years of experience in same or similar field
- Customer oriented and good telephone etiquette
