**About the role** We are looking for a high-performing TEAM LEADER for CREDIT CARDS to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans. Ability to hire, manage and train competitive sales team to achieve the set target.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 4 years banking experience within UAE (direct sales of Credit Cards)**:

- Successful previous experience as a sales Manager or Team Leader consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and assess the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing strategies and for improvement as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and address any challenges or issues.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer inquiries, complaints and complex sales scenarios, ensuring timely resolution. Research, explore and study different credit card sales strategies.
- Meeting Sales Targets, setting and achieving sales targets set by the organization to drive revenue and growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and changes in credit card regulations to remain competitive in the market.

**Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualification**:Must have Bachelor’s degree in any stream.**:

- Minimum 4 year of Banking or Credit Card Experience in UAE.**_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Sound decision making and Problem-solving ability.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
