**Job Role: FP&A Resource**

**Place of Work: Dubai, UAE**

**Overview**:

- **Financial Planning**: Assist in developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs, review assumptions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budget/forecast results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.
- **Financial Modeling**: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of financial data and assumptions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders. Summarize key findings and highlight areas of concern or improvement.
- **Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections. Analyze key drivers and assumptions to validate forecast accuracy.
- **Ad Hoc Analysis**: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning activities. Respond to management inquiries and provide actionable insights.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial planning and analysis processes. Recommend and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Key Requirements**
- Professional Certification such as CA/ACCA/CIMA etc
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Expert in Excel/PowerPoint skills required, experience with financial planning software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
