**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate rider schedules and shifts to ensure full coverage and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate rider performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Conduct training sessions to keep riders informed of company policies and best practices.
- Oversee daily delivery operations, ensuring all deliveries are completed promptly and meet company standards.
- Work with the dispatch team to assign and manage delivery routes, making adjustments as needed.
- Analyze delivery data to optimize routes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of rider schedules, performance metrics, and delivery data.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Adapt to evolving operational needs and contribute to various projects and initiatives as required.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities that support overall business goals and operational success.
- Any other duties as assigned by the operations manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the delivery or logistics sector.
- 2-3 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
- UAE Motor Cycle/ Car License is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and safety standards.

**Language**:

- English & Hindi (preferred)
