About Nord Anglia International School Dubai

About the Role

The facilities coordinator contributes to creating a functional, comfortable, and compliant workspace while efficiently managing resources and costs thereby ensuring smooth operations of the building.

About You

Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, to be considered for this position, you must have:

- Degree in Business Administration, facility/project management or related field
- Detailed knowledge of the relevant aspects of the National Curriculum for England, UK and IBDP
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy: an effective user of ICT, in particular Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Motivation, curiosity and intellect to glean and understand key information about the company’s activity and commercial intentions
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Able to prioritise tasks, use time effectively and work to tight schedules
- Should be self-driven and confident
- Should have a positive personality with lots of energy
- Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence and build strong relationships with all stakeholders

Selection Process

This is a full-time position, starting from 1st March 2024. Remuneration is competitive and it includes visa provision.
