- To support teachers in helping children to excel. Mandarin Language Assistant will normally work within the classroom and may work with individual children, small groups or the whole class.- To be considered for this position, you must have:
- previous and relevant experience of working as a Mandarin Language Assistant, preferably in international schools
- outstanding communication skills both in English and Mandarin Chinese
- ability to manage time effectively to ensure all administrative tasks are completed
- drive for continuous professional development and further training
- a good rapport with young people and a genuine passion for education
- excellent interpersonal skills
- a friendly, honest and professional manner
- strong English skills - spoken and written
- a secure knowledge of Microsoft package (outlook, word, excel, power point etc) and online teaching platforms including MS Teams, Zoom and Seesaw
