Boat Club Sales Executive

  • Design and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required by management
  • Arrange meetings and viewings with potential clients
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Complete new member administration, including initial payment, contracts, document collection, and cheque collection
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
  • Take part in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities to promote the product
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, regulations, and product knowledge for all the company's boats on fleet and their functions



Requirements

  • Prior UAE sales experience, preferably in the boating industry or leisure industry, is highly desirable
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the waters and navigational areas of both locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai is advantageous
