Our client is a seasonal holding company in Abu Dhabi which is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for developing managing and executing the full cycle recruiting strategy to attract top talent that aligns with our company s goals and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract screen and hire qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source candidates including job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings coordinate and participate in interviews and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and promote the companys employer brand to attract highquality candidates.
  • Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management.
  • Process Excellence: Create a robust recruitment process end to end for both candidate and Line manager.


Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industry e.g. corporate international experience (preferred but not essential) healthcare finance.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP).

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred. Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various online channels. Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions. Knowledge of marketing automation systems, GA4, MMPs, eCommerce, and mobile apps. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
