La mission

En trois points :
  • tre capable d interfacer les clients au niveau de la strat gie business
  • Avoir une tr s bonne compr hension des autres piliers
  • Avoir la capacit et l envie d tre le manager responsable pour 5-10 collaborateurs/collaboratrices de la Business Unit, ind pendamment de leur

Plus en d tails :

  • Porter / tre l ambassadeur de l ensemble de l offre et des approches de la Business Unit
  • G rer une quipe entre 5 et 10 collaborateurs :

Accompagnement en termes de formations/d veloppement professionnel, planification day-to-day, points administratif, RH)
En collaboration avec PMO, valider les saisies du temps (facturable / non-facturable)

  • Organiser et suivre le processus d avant-vente pour des opportunit s

Qualification (de demandes, appels d offres, )
D finir et planifier qui intervient en avant-vente
R daction et chiffrage d offres
Suivre le processus jusqu au bout (deal/projet ou non)
  • G rer un portefeuille de projets / missions de la Business Unit

tre le point de contact central pour un ou des projets Data & Analytics
Suivre des projets / missions d un point de vue administratif (monitoring budget et temps)

  • Intervenir sur certains projets (delivery) ( 40%)
Selon les disponibilit s et la taille de l quipe g rer
Consulting strat gique factur
Projets dans diff rents r les s niors : Solution Architect, Chef de Projet, Scrum
Master, Consultant, Tech Lead

  • Contribuer la qualit / l am lioration continue sur divers aspects : avant-vente, delivery
  • Participation et contribution des v nements (conf rences, webinars, )
  • Former et accompagner la/le/les futurs Solution Manager

Comp tences minimum attendues
  • Solide exp rience dans le domaine Data & Analytics au sens large
  • Langues: Fran ais et Anglais
