- Handles reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand.
- Provides a friendly and personal welcome for guests.
- Enters reservation details precisely and correctly.
- Confirms the reservation and takes care over written communications.
- Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team.
- Ensures that information is passed on to the concerned departments and collegues.
- Transforms a request for information into a potential reservation as soon as there is an opportunity.
- Presents the brand and/or Group's loyalty program to customers and adapts the sales pitch to each customer.
Qualifications
- Preferably has 1 or 2 years' experience in a customer service or telephone contact position.
- Knowledge of reservation in hospitality industry and distribution tools.
- Computer literate: desktop applications and internet.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and other international languages will be advantages.
- Hospitality or related education background.
