- Confirms thereservation and takes care over writtencommunications.
- Follows up the administrationof reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easierfor the front desk team.
- Ensures thatinformation is passed on to the concerned departments andcollegues.
- Transforms a request for informationinto a potential reservation as soon as there is anopportunity.
- Presents the brand and/orGroup's loyalty program to customers and adapts the salespitch to each customer.
Qualifications
- Preferably has 1 or 2 years'experience in a customer service or telephone contactposition.
- Knowledge of reservation inhospitality industry and distributiontools.
- Computer literate: desktop applicationsand internet.
- Fluent in written and spokenEnglish, and other international languages will beadvantages.
- Hospitality or related educationbackground.
