Our Client is seeking an experienced and skilled Hose Crimper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hose crimping with a strong understanding of the tools techniques and safety protocols involved. This role is crucial to our operations ensuring the production of highquality hose assemblies for various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Hose Crimping:
- Operate and maintain hose crimping machines to assemble hoses of various sizes and specifications.
- Inspect hoses and fittings for defects or damages before crimping.
- Ensure crimped hoses meet quality standards and specifications.
Quality Control:
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Identify and address any defects or issues in the crimping process.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
Maintenance and Safety:
- Conduct routine maintenance on crimping machines and equipment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with crimping machinery.
Inventory Management:*
- Manage inventory of hose and fitting materials.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 4 years of experience in hose crimping or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating hose crimping machines and related tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Good handeye coordination and manual dexterity.
