Our Client is seeking an experienced andskilled Hose Crimper to join their team. The ideal candidate willhave a proven track record in hose crimping with a strongunderstanding of the tools techniques and safety protocolsinvolved. This role is crucial to our operations ensuring theproduction of highquality hose assemblies for variousapplications.
Key Responsibilities:
Hose Crimping:
- Operate andmaintain hose crimping machines to assemble hoses of various sizesand specifications.
- Inspect hoses andfittings for defects or damages before crimping.
- Ensure crimped hoses meet quality standards andspecifications.
QualityControl:
- Perform quality checks onfinished products to ensure they meet industrystandards.
- Identify and address any defectsor issues in the crimping process.
- Maintainaccurate records of production and quality control.
Maintenance and Safety:
- Conduct routine maintenance on crimping machines andequipment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines andprotocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with crimpingmachinery.
InventoryManagement:*
- Manage inventory ofhose and fitting materials.
- Coordinate withthe supply chain to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to thesupervisor.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 4 years of experience in hosecrimping or a related field.
- Proficiency inoperating hose crimping machines and relatedtools.
- Strong attention to detail andquality.
- Excellent problemsolvingskills.
- Good communication and teamworkabilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials andstand for extended periods.
- Good handeyecoordination and manual dexterity.
