- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed

- postings on the Job
- Responsible for work on Contract-Hire, Permanent and some time on a contract
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview
- and
- Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding
- client requirements & mapping the relevant
- Requirement -
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in OPT/Bench
- Knowledge in Marketing OPT, H1b Transfer, H1B, GC, and Citizen
