  • Safety Compliance:
  • Enforce and promote safety protocols and guidelines on the construction site.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the carpentry team.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or safety concerns.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, including daily reports and project documentation.
  • Document any changes, modifications, or variations to the original project plan.
  • Budgetary Control:
  • Assist in budget development and monitor expenses related to carpentry work.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Communication:
  • Foster effective communication within the carpentry team and with other project stakeholders.
