  • Manage and optimize the use ofresources, including tools andequipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and requestreplenishments as needed.
  • SafetyCompliance:
  • Enforce and promotesafety protocols and guidelines on the constructionsite.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings andtraining sessions for the carpentryteam.
  • Investigate and report any accidents orsafetyconcerns.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintainaccurate records of work progress, including daily reports andproject documentation.
  • Document any changes,modifications, or variations to the original projectplan.
  • BudgetaryControl:
  • Assist in budgetdevelopment and monitor expenses related to carpentrywork.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunitieswithout compromisingquality.
  • Communication:
  • Fostereffective communication within the carpentry team and with otherproject stakeholders.
