Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. Qualified applicants will have hands-on SEO, Web Analytics (GA/GTM Implementation) and PPC experience. The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to be an advocate and go-to expert for a wide range of digital marketing-related activities, projects and initiatives spanning SEO (On-site, On-site, Technical and Content), PPC, and Paid Social. The ideal candidate should be obsessed about optimizing cost per lead and client acquisition via digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategize, plan, and execute SEO, pay-per-click and social media marketing campaigns

  2. Craft and manage PPC campaigns in Google, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

  3. Define content development, syndication, distribution, and link-building strategies

  4. Draft detailed SEO site audits and reports through a technical, content and off-site lens to ensure that they consistently adhere to SEO best practices

  5. Analyze and translate data from web analytics into actionable plans

  6. Daily and weekly reporting and communication regarding campaign development, timelines, analysis, and results.

  7. Manage digital advertising budget and spend, including bid management

  8. Execute bid changes based on pacing and performance

  9. Continuous analysis of paid search campaigns to identify potential opportunities, providing recommendations for optimization through ad copy, keywords, ad groups, targeting, bidding, and landing pages.

  10. Monitor SEO performance by utilizing SEO tools such as SEMRush, Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.

  11. Conduct ongoing keyword research to apply a customer-first lens to marketing initiatives; use these insights to support strategic and tactical recommendations across clients digital ecosystems

  12. Maintain and manage search tools to identify site issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve defects

  13. Ensure alignment between paid search and organic search strategies

  14. Advise on content types, topics, and keywords to explore to maximize clients search rankings

  15. Provide training to others in the organization on issues important to SEO

  16. Constantly monitor and communicate changes in industry trends and search engine algorithms both internally and to clients.



Requirements


  1. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any technology related field

  2. 5+ years experience with SEO, PPC, Web Analytics and/or social media marketing

  3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics

  4. Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Data Studio, and other third-party SEO reporting tools (Moz, Spyfu, SEMrush, etc.).

  5. In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
