  • Objective: Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Measures: Total sales revenue sales growth percentage achievement of individual sales targets and upselling/crossselling rates.
3. Floral Design and Creativity
  • Objective: Create visually appealing and highquality floral arrangements that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Measures: Customer satisfaction with custom orders feedback on creativity and design and adherence to floral design trends and standards.
4. Product Knowledge and Expertise
  • Objective: Maintain a high level of knowledge about flowers plants and related products to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Measures: Accuracy and comprehensiveness of information provided to customers participation in training sessions and certifications or recognitions received.
5. Inventory Management
  • Objective: Efficiently manage inventory to ensure availability of fresh flowers and supplies while minimizing waste.
  • Measures: Inventory turnover rates levels of stockouts or overstock situations and wastage rates.
6. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
  • Objective: Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders including preparation packaging and delivery.
  • Measures: Ontime delivery rate accuracy of order fulfillment and customer feedback on delivery service.
7. Marketing and Promotion Efforts
  • Objective: Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Measures: Engagement rates for promotional activities contribution to social media presence and participation in community events or partnerships.
8. Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Objective: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Measures: Peer feedback participation in team meetings and projects and demonstration of positive teamwork behaviors.


RequirementsCustomer Service and Sales
  • Greeting Customers: Providing a warm welcome to customers entering the shop.
  • Understanding Needs: Listening to and understanding the customers needs for specific occasions or purposes.
  • Providing Advice and Recommendations: Offering expert advice on flower selection arrangement styles and care tips based on the customers needs and budget.
  • Handling Orders: Taking detailed orders for custom arrangements including preferences for specific flowers colors and budget.
  • Sales Transactions: Completing sales transactions processing payments and arranging for deliveries or pickups.
Floral Design and Arrangement
  • Creating Arrangements: Designing and preparing floral arrangements according to customer orders or for general sale including bouquets wreaths and special occasion arrangements.
  • Customizing Orders: Tailoring floral designs to meet specific customer requests themes or events.
  • Displaying Merchandise: Setting up attractive displays of flowers and plants within the store to entice customers.
Inventory and Supply Management
  • Ordering Supplies: Managing inventory levels and ordering flowers plants and florist supplies as needed.
  • Receiving Deliveries: Checking and processing incoming shipments of flowers and supplies ensuring quality and quantity.
  • Flower Care: Ensuring all flowers and plants are properly cared for including cutting stems watering and maintaining appropriate storage conditions to maximize freshness and lifespan.
Administrative Tasks
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of sales orders and inventory levels.
  • Scheduling Deliveries: Organizing delivery schedules for orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Handling Complaints: Addressing and resolving any customer complaints or issues related to orders or service.
Marketing and Promotion
  • Promoting Products: Engaging in marketing efforts to promote the flower shop s products and services which may include social media promotion email marketing or participating in local events.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Encouraging repeat business by developing positive relationships with customers offering excellent service and following up on satisfaction.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up with trends in floral design new flower varieties and industry best practices.
  • Adapting to Seasons and Holidays: Preparing for seasonal fluctuations and holiday demands with appropriate stock and design offerings.
