Gestão Estratégica: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias financeiras alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa, garantindo uma base sólida para o crescimento sustentável no mercado brasileiro.

Liderança de Equipe: Supervisionar e orientar a equipe financeira e fiscal, garantindo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de alto desempenho.

Parcerias Externas: Gerenciar relacionamentos com escritórios de Assessoria Contábil, Assessoria Jurídica e Trading (Comex), assegurando conformidade e eficiência nas operações de importação e distribuição.

Planejamento Financeiro: Liderar o processo de planejamento orçamentário, desenvolvendo cenários de P&L e forecasts do fluxo de caixa para orientar as decisões estratégicas da empresa.

Gestão Contábil e Fiscal: Revisar e consolidar os livros contábeis, garantindo a precisão e integridade das informações financeiras e demais rotinas diárias de aprovações bancárias, planejamento e orientação da equipe em rotinas de contas a pagar, a receber e conciliações bancárias.

Análise de Custos e Margens: Revisar os custos e a tributação para otimizar a rentabilidade, estruturar tabelas de preço e margens.

The Successful Applicant

  • Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em gestão financeira, preferencialmente em empresas multinacionais e/ou em fase de estruturação e crescimento.
  • Conhecimento dos processos e rotinas de Comex e distribuição.
  • Capacidade de adaptação rápida e foco nos resultados.
  • Proatividade e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Versatilidade, empenho, iniciativa e impeto no trabalho são características essenciais.
  • Fluência em inglês e espanhol é imprescindível.
