  • Arrange and manage car services for registration, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Serve as a point of contact for personal matters, effectively liaising between the executives and external parties
  • Manage incoming calls and emails related to personal affairs.
  • Assist in planning and organizing personal events, gatherings, and celebrations.
  • Source and coordinate details for special occasions.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks based on the executives' personal and professional needs.
  • Provide gentle reminders for important deadlines and commitments.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a high-profile or executive setting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
