Your responsibilities

  • You drive the growth of our D2C core business through owning our ESN and MORE Nutrition webshops with several hundred of million Euros of revenue which you will be responsible to more than double
  • You recruit, build and run a highly performing team of E-Commerce managers
  • You market, present, and sell our innovative products in the best possible way in our E-Commerce shops, managing all aspects of E-Commerce in an integrated way for high growth and high profitability
  • You plan and execute the steady offering as well as promotions in alignment with our Founders, Executives and Influencers
  • You collaborate with other departments to drive to full potential
  • You drive difficult trade-off decisions regarding customer experience, margins, product availability and inventory
  • You constantly improve our E-Commerce channels, e.g., identification of new growth avenues, customer excellence initiatives, new features as well as implementation with our technology team, and many more

Requirements :

  • You combine experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy, preferably with a focus on marketing and E-Commerce, with experience in a D2C or E-Commerce company, preferably in a category management, sales or marketing role
  • Leadership experience in a growth-/revenue-generating role
  • Hands-on mentality, pragmatism, extreme drive to results
  • Fluent in German and English
