Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR tasks like recruitment onboarding and employee relations.
  • Provide administrative support managing records and scheduling interviews.
  • Support training and development initiatives coordinating sessions and monitoring progress.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees offering assistance and answering questions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and enforce policies aligned with our goals.
Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven relevant
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in real estate software CRM systems and tech tools for efficient administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Selfmotivation and a growthoriented mindset.
  • A passion for people and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills verbal and written for clear messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • A bachelors degree in HR or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in HR or training.
