Job Description: About the Job

We are urgently looking for Sales and Business Development Executive for Digital Marketing Recruitment and HealthCare business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects through detailed market research.
  • Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute preagreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open business development dialogs with strategic customers targeting both government and semigovernment entities.
  • Financial planning marketing strategy development and implementation.
  • Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace find potential new businesses and market the companys endtoend solutions.
  • Networking presenting and public speaking.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales Marketing Business Management or in any discipline with 35 years of sales/business development experience (healthcare manpower recruitment digital marketing).
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience in preparing Bids RFT/RFPs.
  • UAE market knowledge.
  • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
  • Possess professional presentation skills.
  • Must possess progressive sales management experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth.
  • Ability to facilitate and orchestrate resources crossfunctionally to support sales efforts.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives.
  • Market research experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Immediately available and can be relocated to Abu Dhabi.
