Sales Development Manager

to lead our SDR team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced

Sales Development Manager

to lead and scale our SDR (Sales Development Representative) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large outbound-driven SDR teams, driving pipeline growth, and optimizing sales development strategies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor, strategize, and execute at a high level to support Supy's aggressive growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing outbound SDR team targeting global markets.
Develop and implement sales development strategies to drive pipeline growth for Enterprise and SMB sales teams.
Set clear performance KPIs, track progress, and ensure targets are met consistently.
Coach, mentor, and train SDRs to improve prospecting, outreach, and qualification techniques.
Optimize outbound sequences, messaging, and automation tools to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Leverage data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and SDR effectiveness.
Hire, onboard, and retain top SDR talent to scale the team effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must have 4+ years of experience

managing large outbound SDR teams in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
Must have B2B SaaS experience

with a strong understanding of outbound prospecting and sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft, etc.).
Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and optimizing SDR processes for pipeline generation.
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a proven ability to motivate teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing.
Experience in the restaurant tech or SaaS space is a plus but not mandatory.
