We are seeking a skilled

RPA Developer

with experience in

UiPath

to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that enhance business efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business analysts to identify automation opportunities, build scalable RPA solutions, and ensure smooth implementation.

, is one of the leading luxury hospitality companies in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of

6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
RPA Development:

Design, develop, test, and implement

UiPath-based

automation solutions to optimize business processes.
Solution Integration:

Integrate

UiPath

automation with business applications to enhance workflow efficiency.
Process Analysis:

Work closely with stakeholders to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define technical requirements.
Code Quality & Best Practices:

Follow

RPA development best practices

, ensuring modular, scalable, and maintainable automation workflows.
Testing & Deployment:

Conduct

unit testing, debugging, and validation

to ensure automation solutions meet business needs. Deploy solutions into production environments and provide post-deployment support.
Operational Support & Maintenance:

Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshoot and resolve any automation-related issues.
Documentation:

Maintain technical documentation for automation workflows, configurations, and development processes.
Collaboration:

Work with

cross-functional teams

including business analysts, IT teams, and project managers to align automation solutions with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with UiPath and

Power Platform

advancements, incorporating best practices and new features into automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years

of experience in

RPA development

using

UiPath

.
Strong understanding of

RPA methodologies, best practices, and lifecycle management

.
Proficiency in

Python, .NET, VBA, or JavaScript

is a plus.
Ability to analyze business processes and

design efficient automation solutions

.
Experience with

Agile/Scrum methodologies

in software development.
UiPath certification

(e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) preferred.
Strong problem-solving and

debugging skills

.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with

technical and non-technical stakeholders

.
