Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RPA solutions, developing and leading project delivery, and building relationships across all levels to drive successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain RPA solutions leveraging strong technical expertise.
  • Develop and lead project delivery, serving as the sole technical resource or leading a team.
  • Build relationships across all levels to address roadblocks to RPA adoption and drive successful implementation.
  • Lead efforts to standardize delivery management and enabling technology landscapes achieving cost efficiency and service delivery performance.
  • Chart customer RPA journeys from initial implementation to scalable models.
  • Drive strategic and tactical roll-out of solutions to enterprise customers providing functional and technical expertise.
  • Develop and document configuration best practices contributing to team training and professional development.
  • Maintain current understanding of Automation Anywhere products and services.
  • Shape end-to-end architecture and design implementing solutions with technical/program head and team.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on new product initiatives ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Assist domain expert in creating business case.
  • Own documentation of technology architecture for in-house and adopters of solutions.
  • Resolve issues during development creating high-level architectural specifications.

Requirements:

  • 6+ / 4+ years of experience in product services industry and managing RPA projects.
  • Experience in Design & Implementation of Robotics Process Automation.
  • 5 years of experience in automation and/or integration projects.
  • Good exposure to Business Process Analysis and automation.
  • A record of accomplishment in training and mentoring individuals on development and delivery disciplines.
  • The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative approaches.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, jQuery, XML.
  • Knowledge or working experience with databases like SQL Server, MySQL.
  • Complete experience in SDLC process.
  • Good command of Web Design Patterns.

This role requires a deep understanding of RPA technologies and their applications, excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex technical environments and develop effective solutions to drive business results.
