The business is growing rapidly across MENA and now needs to recruit a Sales Administrator.
Reporting into the Sales/Revenue Operations Analyst, the Sales Administrator will play a prominent role coordinating administration tasks between sales, operations, and finance. Your primary role is administration heavy, managing data input and data integrity for their key CRM platform HubSpot. You will take responsibility for updating all company and contact records, deal input management, checking figures and data is correct so the sales and finance teams can pull off the right reports for leaders across the business globally. Key responsibilities include:
Data ownership & governance - Manage and maintain accurate, actionable sales data in HubSpot and Excel.
CRM management - Keep all current records precise and up to date whilst adding new records seamlessly.
Support Sales teams with data entry, updating records, and ensuring the CRM reflects current sales activities, opportunities, and account statuses.
Regularly audit HubSpot data to ensure compliance with data standards and governance practices.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure Deals are correctly flagged for invoicing and timely updates are made for accurate reporting.
Sales Process & Training Support - Assist with training new and existing users on HubSpot best practices, ensuring adherence to CRM data standards.
Identify and address bottlenecks in workflows to improve efficiency and team productivity whilst maintaining up-to-date training documentation.
Assist with the creation and management of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HubSpot across Sales and the wider business.
Manage documentation and process flows within, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all records and key sales activities.
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating tasks, and managing communication across the sales organisation.
The successful candidate is a highly experienced administration professional. You have exacting standards around data integrity and administration best practice, a high attention to detail and very polished written and spoken English (Arabic is a distinct advantage). The successful candidate must have worked ideally with HubSpot as a CRM tool or Salesforce and be prepared to get up to speed quickly. The role will involve long spells doing important but repetitive tasks and working from your desk. This will suit administrators supporting sales, finance, operations, bid/tender teams.
The candidate must be able to work 2 days per week in the Abu Dhabi office, located in Hub 71 / ADGM.
