What will be your responsibilities
Support the sales operations team in data entry and documentation into the CRM software (Salesforce).
Execute compliance with operations processes and maintain adherence to turn-around time requirements.
Diligently carry out the documentation process, ensuring all necessary forms, agreements, and buyer details adhere to the required guidelines (Unit Reservation Form, Sale Purchase Agreement, Client Documentation).
Ensure compliance at the executive level with Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations, maintaining accurate and complete documentation for clients.
Ensure adherence to the defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Diligently follow departmental policies, procedures, and processes, including SLAs and an Authority Matrix, ensuring strict adherence and implementation.
Follow up with sales teams to address units that have not made the required down payment or have incomplete documentation, and collaborate with the internal team to issue termination notices when necessary.
What are we looking for
Prior work experience in a Sales Admin / Sales Operations / Real Estate Admin role.
Understanding and knowledge of Excel & Data Entry processes.
Analytical and communication skills.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive with a zest for collaboration.
