Proven experience as a receptionist
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems
Experience in handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transport
Ability to manage and coordinate appointment scheduling efficiently
