We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions for a leading construction company in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a dynamic professional with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with UAE labor laws.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top construction talent.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and employment contracts.
Lead compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and HR analytics.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
Drive HR initiatives, including employee engagement, well-being, and talent development.
Administration & Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Manage PRO services, including visa renewals, labor contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office functions.
Handle document control, contracts, and company records in coordination with relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations applicable to office and site-based employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, WPS, visa processes, and HR compliance.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR strategy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
