We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Sales Master to join our growing team The ideal candidate has experience in Kandura tailoring customer measurements and retail sales with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service The Sales Master will assist customers in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products while ensuring accurate measurements order processing and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers professionally and assist them in selecting customized Kandura designs and ready-made products
Accurately take customer body measurements for tailoring and alterations
Recommend suitable fabrics styles sizes and designs based on customer requirements
Convert customer inquiries into sales through excellent product knowledge and communication
Conduct customer follow-ups to maximize sales conversion and repeat business
Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally handle customer inquiries and concerns
Achieve individual and branch sales targets through effective selling upselling and cross-selling
Maintain knowledge of fabrics tailoring options pricing promotions and seasonal collections
Record customer measurements and order details accurately
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order completion
Monitor order progress and verify orders before submission to minimize errors
Maintain showroom cleanliness product displays and fitting areas
Follow company policies SOPs hygiene standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times

Minimum 2 years of experience in Kandura tailoring, retail sales, or a similar role.
Experience taking accurate body measurements for customized garments.
Strong knowledge of Kandura fabrics, styles, tailoring, and fitting.
Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
