A UAE-based business consultancy specializing in business setup and company formation, trade licensing, visa services, corporate banking assistance, PRO services and other business support solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to help us expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
The position is suitable for part-time and freelance candidates. High-performing candidates may be offered permanent employment with a company-sponsored visa. This is a performance-based commission-only opportunity suitable for individuals confident in sales, networking, client acquisition, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients interested in UAE business setup and related services
- Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and other channels
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets
- Maintain regular communication with the Vision Prime team regarding leads and opportunities

Compensation
Commission-Based – No Fixed Monthly Salary during Probation Period. Your earnings will be directly linked to your performance and successful client conversions. The more business you generate, the more you earn. 50/50 commission split — the commission earned from each successful transaction is divided equally between the company and the Business Development Associate.
