Hotel Sales Manager vacancy in Ajman UAE
Hotel Sales Manager - Ajman, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and partnerships
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong network of contacts within the local market is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
This position does not require English proficiency or provide accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply.
