Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Generalist with a primary focus on recruitment while also providing essential support in facilities and office management. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth hiring process, maintaining an organised and efficient office environment, and supporting the overall HR function for our office in UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  3. Screen CV, perform initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  4. Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  5. Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  6. Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Support:

  1. Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and contracts, organising induction sessions, and ensuring new hires are set up for success.
  2. Support employee lifecycle activities such as transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  3. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records via the HR system.

Facilities & Office Management Support:

  1. Working closely with the Company PA you will oversee general office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and services.
  3. Assist in managing office budgets and expenses related to facilities.
  4. Support workplace health and safety initiatives.

HR Operations, Compliance & Administrative Support:

  1. Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  2. Handle general HR inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain HR systems and databases to ensure data integrity.
  4. Assist with HR projects, reporting, and compliance requirements as needed.
  5. Support HR compliance with labour laws and company policies in multiple locations.
  6. Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
  7. Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering related queries.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of employment laws within UAE & UK and best practices is essential.
  3. 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  4. Experience in office management or facilities coordination is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and HRIS systems.
