Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for project management of all NPDs
  • Single point of contact for all internal Americana functions (R&D, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Finance, etc.) for all NPDs
  • Managing the A&M for the category ensuring Brand Manager spend within agreed budgets
  • Lead & deliver all activities that span the GCC (not country specific)

Operational:

  • NPD ideation & creation
  • Plan and own the A&M budget for both working and non-working
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing team (brand team, consumer insights, creative) as well as other critical business partners to build, deliver and drive results of planned programs
  • Provide recommendations for specific markets and channels
  • Participate with the RGM team for identifying and implementing revenue growth initiatives

Key Projects:

  • Ensure implementation of a new brand VIS across the portfolio
  • Ensure implementation of BOM unification and PPA across the portfolio
  • Lead the category expansion into Frozen Veg
  • Ensure FoodService agenda is fully supported from brand (Catalogues, Roadshows, etc.)
  • Commercialize all NPDs (in budget and out of budgets)

Reporting:

  • NPD status and project management
  • A&M spending YTD and YTG

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration from a reputed University; specialization in Marketing and Sales Management preferred
  • Strong Project Management background – preferably within Foods or Frozen products
  • 2-3 years of experience in consumer products/packaged goods sector (FMCG)
  • Arabic speakers preferred
