We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Brand Executive and Product Trainer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing comprehensive training to our sales team and retail partners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborating with the Sales teams to develop and implement brand strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
  2. Coordinating marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, social media initiatives, and promotional events.
  3. Managing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  4. Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  5. Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to the sales team and retail partners on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
  6. Providing ongoing support to retail partners, including product knowledge updates, merchandising guidance, and marketing materials.
  7. Analyzing sales data and market feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, making recommendations for improvement.
  8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  9. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
  10. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in brand management, product training, or related roles.
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and consumer insights.
  6. Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in developing marketing strategies and training materials.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  9. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
