We are looking to recruit an Administrator Assistant to join the team in Dubai. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Providing a high standard of service to the business
  2. Preparing reconciliation and admin reports
  3. Inputting accurate data into the system
  4. Following company procedures related to stock and administrative documentation

To be seriously considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

  1. Strong administration background
  2. Good email etiquette
  3. Good Computer Skills: MS Office Excel, Outlook, Word
  4. Ability to cope with multi-tasked roles with good follow-up/tracking skills
