Our team is passionate, diverse, and forward-thinking, and we are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join us. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with dealerships across diverse markets, shaping Isuzu's sales strategies and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers across the SSA region to enhance Isuzu's sales footprint and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities and support Isuzu's expansion into new territories.
  • Implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement, ensuring a competitive position in the automotive sector.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets, proactively addressing challenges, and optimizing sales strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage dealership operations by overseeing order processing, shipments, and after-sales services to ensure smooth business functions.
  • Implement competitive pricing strategies and negotiate with dealers to drive profitability and maintain a strong market position.
  • Monitor and ensure timely payments from dealerships, addressing financial disputes proactively.
  • Conduct dealer performance evaluations and coordinate training programs to enhance dealership efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Visit markets regularly to gather customer insights, monitor sales trends, and refine business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to drive operational excellence and business growth.
  • Represent Isuzu at industry events and conferences, strengthening the brand's visibility and influence in the automotive sector.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in sales and market development.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales expertise and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Experience in market research and business analysis, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business analysis platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to assigned markets and adapt to different business environments.
