Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end capacity planning for Hub Delivery across the UAE Amazon Logistics network.
• Support fleet management requirements across the network.
• Design, model, and implement scalable capacity planning tools and processes.
• Align capacity planning initiatives with operational and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Improve existing processes to support cost and customer experience objectives.
• Use operational data and metrics to identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Establish network-wide operating standards in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Promote consistent processes and adoption of effective practices across delivery stations.
• Identify operational barriers and coordinate actions to remove them.
• Investigate operational blockers through structured root cause analysis.
• Develop sustainable solutions that improve network performance and partner experience.
• Reduce operational complexity through process optimization and automation.

Network and Stakeholder Management

The OTR Manager will build working relationships with operations field leaders and teams across Central Operations, Sales and Operations Planning, DSP operations, Country ACES, and other areas supporting Hub Delivery. The position requires coordination across different organizational levels to understand operational constraints, align improvement initiatives, and ensure that new processes can be implemented effectively throughout the UAE network.

Capacity and Process Improvement

• Develop data-driven approaches to capacity planning.
• Evaluate network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use metrics to measure the impact of operational changes.
• Support scalable process development and implementation.
• Improve operational efficiency while maintaining customer experience objectives.
• Identify opportunities to remove unnecessary cost and complexity from the fulfillment network.
• Apply automation where appropriate to improve processes and execution.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and support continued optimization.

Data and Business Analysis

The role requires advanced use of data to understand network performance and guide operational decisions. Relevant analytical capabilities include advanced Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar business intelligence platforms. Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau, or Oracle is advantageous for analysing operational information, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Regional and Global Collaboration

The OTR Manager will represent UAE Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums. Responsibilities include communicating operational insights, providing progress updates, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The role also contributes to the continued development of Hub Delivery, an Amazon Logistics channel that enables local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide delivery services.

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar business intelligence tools, with Tableau familiarity preferred.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders across global cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or relevant experience managing and troubleshooting networks and providing technical support.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 6 years of experience driving process improvements.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Experience developing and implementing programmatic processes.
• Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau, or experience using Oracle.
