Key Responsibilities:

1. Gain proficiency in olfaction, fragrance evaluation, and collection building.
2. Develop a deep understanding of market leaders, trends, and client needs.
3. Master technical skills including the use of creation tools, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance.
4. Successfully manage projects, collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic planning.
5. Pass regular performance evaluations and a final assessment at the end of the program.

We Bring:

1. A comprehensive 2-year FDM Trainee Program with rotations in different categories under Expert Mentors including experience in a different region or division for example Scentmate, Agilex.
2. Training from industry experts, including Perfumers and senior FDMs.
3. A curriculum covering all aspects of the FDM role, from olfactive expertise to technical skills.
4. Opportunities to contribute to sustainability and innovation projects.
5. Career progression to FDM upon successful completion of the program.

You Bring:

1. A relevant university degree in chemistry, olfaction, or related fields.
2. Creative and analytical thinking with a strong interest in fragrance development.
3. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
4. Fluent in professional English.
