We're looking for a detail-oriented Evaluation Support Assistant to manage fragrance collections, track bestsellers, and support technical projects. If you're passionate about fragrance and innovation, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Be the collection admin and manage all collection-related data.
• Enter all collections into the Ox system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track bestsellers for promotion.
• Assist in building and developing fragrance collections.
• Coordinate and call for global products for evaluations.
• Organize expert panel sessions for fragrance evaluations.
• Assist with small collection projects under the supervision of the Fragrance Development Manager (FDM).
• Manage technical rework projects under the supervision of the FDM.
• Support the SSI team in organizing and requesting technology evaluations.

You bring:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience (fragrance industry experience would be an advantage).
• Good understanding of the business and analytical approach.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
