Senior Product Specialist - Medical Device - Dubai

Promoting and selling the company's products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly. Senior Product Specialist tasks also involve performing certain after sales support functions such as conducting In-Service Training, follow-ups on the collection, coaching junior staff, and maintaining good relationships with customers. It is essential for the Senior Product Specialist to effectively provide detailed information on various products, programs or services offered by the company versus those offered by competitors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coaching junior staff, providing them with information about market, customers, and products, and helping them with their deals
  • Perform consultative sales in prospecting clients, identifying or creating the need for Imdad products, and continuously updating customers on product modifications and enhancements
  • Schedule appointments, meeting existing and new customers to promote Imdad's products and determine other opportunities
  • Generate and develop new client business accounts
  • Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services on customer sites
  • Provide adequate information about new prospects and clients, updating customer databases with proper contact details
  • Submit reports for sales and marketing on a weekly basis
  • Assist in following up on accounts receivables for assigned sales accounts
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision-makers and work towards enhancing these relations
  • Effectively attend conferences and workshops
  • Perform professional in-service training for customer's end users on systems application
  • Possess market awareness and knowledge of competitor activities
Requirements:
  • Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, Veterinary, or any other science-related field
  • 4-7 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales and marketing
  • Driving License + car
