It is essential for the Senior Product Specialist to effectively provide detailed information on various products, programs, or services offered by the company versus those offered by competitors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coaching junior staff, providing them with information about market, customers, and products, and helping them with their deals.
- Perform consultative sales methods in prospecting clients by identifying or creating the need for Imdad products and continuously updating customers on product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Schedule appointments and meet existing and new customers to promote Imdad's products and identify other opportunities.
- Generate and develop new business accounts.
- Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services on the customer's site using effective sales aids and marketing data.
- Provide adequate information about new prospects and clients, updating the customer database with proper contact details.
- Submit sales and marketing reports weekly and in a timely manner.
- Assist in following up on accounts receivables for responsible sales accounts.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision-makers and personnel, enhancing relations and generating new business accounts.
- Effectively attend conferences and workshops.
- Perform professional in-service training for customer's end users on systems application.
- Possess market awareness, including competitor's activities/events and pricing changes.
Requirements:
- Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, Veterinary, or any other science-related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales and marketing.
- Driving License + car.
