Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor at Perfect Doctors Clinic located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to improve processes and performance.
