Perspective Pictures is a fast-growing video production company, originally based in London. We've produced over 5,000 videos across 50+ countries, working with brands like Red Bull, BuzzFeed, Lululemon, Huel, and Adobe. Our work is bold, energetic, and social-first—from TikTok ads to branded documentaries.

Now, we're launching in Dubai, and this is your opportunity to be part of our founding team in the UAE

The Role

As a Filmmaker & Video Editor, you'll be responsible for both shooting and editing dynamic, high-energy content for global brands. You'll collaborate with our creative team to produce social-first, visually engaging videos that captivate audiences.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Filming high-quality content with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
  2. Editing engaging videos for social media, branded content, and commercials.
  3. Adding motion graphics, sound design, and color grading to elevate the final product.
  4. Working on both short-form and long-form projects, ensuring each piece is polished and impactful.
  5. Collaborating with creatives, producers, and clients to bring bold ideas to life.
You'll Be A Great Fit If You:
  1. Have at least 3 years of professional experience as a filmmaker and video editor.
  2. Have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to shoot and edit high-quality content.
  3. Are fluent in Premiere Pro (After Effects & DaVinci Resolve are a bonus).
  4. Have a keen eye for cinematography, pacing, and storytelling.
  5. Understand how to edit for different platforms—TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  6. Are comfortable handling cameras and lighting setups for shoots.
  7. Have a strong attention to detail and a passion for refining every frame.
  8. Stay on top of trends in social media, video production, and visual storytelling.
