- Assist in managing daily studio operations including scheduling shoots, equipment logistics, and crew assignments.
- Coordinate between internal departments (creative, editing, VFX, production) and external vendors or freelancers.
- Support the Studio Manager in budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation for film and video projects.
- Ensure shoot readiness by overseeing call sheets, location permits, props, wardrobe, and talent coordination.
- Manage client communications and ensure delivery of high-quality work within deadlines.
- Supervise on-set logistics and troubleshoot real-time challenges during filming.
- Assist in maintaining equipment inventory, studio cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Contribute to pitch decks, treatments, and concept notes as required.
- Track project progress and report regularly on key milestones and timelines.

**Key Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 4-5 years of experience in film production, studio coordination, or content creation.
- ** Production Knowledge**: Strong understanding of production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production.
- ** Project Management**: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- ** Communication**: Strong interpersonal and client management skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- ** Software Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with production tools.
- ** Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and travel for shoots when needed.
