- Responsibility for the Outlook calendar and planning of business trips
- Booking of flights and hotels, including preparation of travel expense reports
- Planning, preparation and execution of meetings worldwide
- Creation of MOM (minutes of meeting) based on dictations and follow-up of business trips
- Independent project management
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel calculations
- Creation and analysis of financial and sales figures with the support of Controlling
With this knowledge, you will strengthen our team.
- Relevant professional experience in assisting C-level management
- Based in Dubai
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, Salesforce, and ERP software
- Strong hands-on mentality, proactivity, solution and result orientation
- People skills and good communication skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage. Any additional language skills are welcome
