STATUS Holiday Homes, a leading holiday homes company in Dubai, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Developer with a proven record in the holiday homes industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquiring new apartments from property owners, building and leading a team, and developing effective marketing strategies to expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new apartments from property owners for our holiday homes business.
  • Create and lead a high-performing team focused on business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Continuously analyse market trends, competition, and opportunities to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Achieve a target of expanding our portfolio to over 500 properties by the end of the year.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the holiday homes business with a proven record of successfully bringing new apartments on board.
  • UAE Driver's License is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
