Job Purpose

To provide support across diverse human resources functions and projects within Emiratisation Function including managing employee relations, aiding talent acquisition endeavours, analysing data, and ensuring the successful execution of Emiratisation initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to workforce Emiratisation by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to achieve Emiratisation target in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with human resources policies and reporting requirements.
  • Support HR business partners to efficiently execute human resources initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate job fairs and recruitment events ensuring smooth logistics and candidate engagement for successful talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Identify growth opportunities and create development plans in collaboration with HRBPs by monitoring the career progression and development of employees.
  • Design and deliver effective training programs in collaboration with Learning and Development function to enhance employees awareness, productivity and performance.
  • Guide employees and stakeholders on employee relations matters, including mentoring, advising, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions aligned with company policies.
  • Engage and participate in tailoring bi-annual employee surveys and facilitating action plans for addressing concerns.

Education Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.

Work Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR.

Skills:

· Strong organizational, effective, and communication skills.

· Microsoft Office Expertise.

· Strong verbal and written English.
